Terms of Service

  • Commissions are separated by category and each category has it's own priority: Seasonal takes over Quick and both takes over Medium and Big. If there are more then one big in the waitlist I'll have comms closed. Check my Trello to see the queue status.

  • Payment can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi donations (Ko-fi accepts PayPal and Stripe). If you live in Brazil, payment can be made via Pix.

  • Payment can be 100% or 50% before I start and 50% after I finish the artwork.

  • The client will only receive the files after 100% of the payment is complete.

  • The client will receive updates from my progress and will be allowed to request changes during the process.

  • The client will receive (after payment) a .zip file with all the PNGs and GIFs with different sizes in high quality.

  • No refunds in case of withdrawal.

  • I'll be allowed to add the artwork to my portfolio and the client must give the proper credits to me. In case of confidentiality of the artist, the price will increase 50%.

  • The client is not allowed to claim to be the author of the artwork even in case of confidentiality.

  • The client is not allowed to resell, modify, transform in NFT or feed IAs with any of my artworks.

  • I do not work with tight deadlines since animations and pixel art takes a lot of time and might need more time due to my health issues.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel unconfortable.

  • Pagamento via PayPal ou doações no Ko-fi (o Ko-fi aceita PayPal e Stripe). Se você mora no Brasil, você pode pagar com Pix.

  • O pagamento pode ser 100% ou 50% antes de eu começar e 50% depois de eu terminar o trabalho.

  • O cliente vai receber os arquivos depois que 100% do pagamento for concluído.

  • O cliente vai receber atualizações do progresso e poderá pedir mudanças durante todo o processo.

  • O cliente vai receber (após o pagamento) um arquivo .zip com os PNGs e GIFs em alta qualidade em vários tamanhos.

  • Sem reembolsos no caso de desistência.

  • Eu terei o direito de usar a arte no meu portifólio e o cliente terá de dar os devidos créditos à mim. Em caso de sigílo do artista, o preço será aumentado em 50%.

  • O cliente não está autorizado à reclamar a autoria da arte mesmo em caso de sigílo do artista.

  • O cliente não está autorizado à revender, modificar, transformar em NFT ou alimentar IAs com qualquer um dos meus trabalhos.

  • Eu não trabalho com prazos curtos porque animações e pixel art requerem muito tempo e pode precisar de mais tempo devido à complicações na minha saúde.

  • Eu tenho o direito de recusar uma comissão se eu me sentir desconfortável.
